Hello! It’s so good to be talking with you again. I know it’s been a little while since you last heard from me, so before we get back to it, I’d like to take a minute just to catch up.

It’s almost an understatement to say that our world has been turned upside down lately. The global pandemic has interrupted all of our lives in so many ways, and none of us has been immune to its effects.

Some of you may not have been able to work the way you usually do, or even at all. Others might have had to take on new responsibilities when it comes to childcare and education. And some have loved ones who’ve been at risk or maybe even exposed to this terrible virus.

Yes, life has been different for all of us lately, me included. We’ve all had to adjust, which is why I haven’t had a chance to talk to you in a while.

We all get sidetracked sometimes and lose sight of things, even things that are important to us. But I also realize that God has given me a ministry here, and I don’t want to become so focused on my own stuff that I forget to help others.

These conversations we have here mean a lot to me. Sharing information, inspiring each other, and becoming more fit—that’s what this is all about! I want us all to be happy, healthy, and fit, and that’s why I do what I do here. That’s why I’m going to continue doing what I do here.

I hope you’re dealing okay with everything that’s going on and staying safe and healthy. Even in difficult times like these, we have to make time to stay fit, and I’m going to keep encouraging you to do that.
