I’ve been really busy lately, so I’m having a little downtime and spending the day with our puppy Panko having a little Panko Time. We need to be intentional about finding time to disconnect, and spend time with and doing the things that recharges us. I don’t really know what your list of things might be that helps you recharge but here is a few of mine.
1. Spending time with God in prayer and the Bible.
2. Enjoying time with family, friends, Panko.
3. Fishing, golfing, walking, gardening, hiking, reading.
4. Watching and attending concerts, sporting events and theme parks.
5. Sometimes just get off by myself and just do nothing or sit and watch a movie.
So here is a few things that I do to recharge myself . I’d like to encourage you to write a list of things that recharges you and do them. Keep in mind that no one is going to recharge you. You have to be intentional about it yourself.
